This policy describes what information the Roll Blox mobile app ("the app", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, the legal basis on which it is processed, and the rights you have over your data. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share game-progress data with third parties for advertising. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Roll Blox uses the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

5. Advertising

Roll Blox shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising ID and limited device data to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, or by resetting or deleting your advertising ID. Purchasing the "Remove Ads" item permanently removes all ads from the app.

Our backend is hosted in the United States. If you are accessing the app from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed there. Where required, international transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including (where applicable) Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Children's privacy

Roll Blox is rated for ages 7+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where required by local law) beyond what is strictly necessary to run the game. We do not show personalized ads to users we believe to be under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, contact us at reineltgamesdeveloper@gmail.com and we will delete it.

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
